No separate "add a customer" step — the list is built automatically by grouping every order by phone number. Full list and detail view are visible on every plan (only the export is Pro-gated).
- Listed most orders first (ties by most recent order), not newest-first.
- Each row: phone, name/email if known, total-order-count badge, and a WhatsApp icon to message them directly.
- Search by phone (digits only is fine), name, or email.
- Customer detail: contact info, "Customer since" date, Total spent (excludes cancelled orders), Orders count (includes cancelled), Items count, an "Open WhatsApp" button, every distinct product/variant they've bought (with last-ordered date, quantity, amount spent), and their full order history newest-first (cancelled orders shown greyed/struck-through).
- Export CSV (name, phone, email, order count, total spent, last order date) — Pro only.
