Configured from the Design page's "Store Announcement" card. Free on every plan.
- Enable/disable toggle (off by default).
- Message (required, supports emoji), color (8 one-click presets or fully custom background/text colors), with a live preview as you type.
- Optional schedule — start/end date-time (your local time); leave both blank to run indefinitely while enabled.
- A live status indicator shows Active, Scheduled (before start), or Expired (past end), computed automatically.
- No link/URL field (not clickable) and no customer dismiss button — it simply displays at the top of the storefront while active.
