A date-ranged sales summary — no plan restriction on the date range
(unlike Traffic), including an "All time" option, on every plan.
Date pickers (From/To, can't cross each other, To can't be in the
future) plus 7d / 30d / 90d / All time quick-range buttons.
Four stat cards for the selected range: Orders (any status),
Revenue (Completed orders only, "From completed"), Completed
(count), Avg. order value (Revenue ÷ Completed count).
Export CSV of orders in the selected range — Pro only, same
lock/upgrade behavior as elsewhere; disabled if there's nothing to export.
