"Import CSV" on the Products page — drag-and-drop or "Choose CSV file."
Limits: 512 KB file size max, 200 product rows max per file.
Required columns: title (or name/product) and price (plain
number, no currency symbol).
Optional columns: description, previousPrice (or saleprice;
Pro only, since sale pricing is a Pro feature. On Free the column is
ignored and the preview says how many products will be imported
without their sale price), sku and unit (also Pro only, ignored
on Free with the same preview note), visible/published, stock/quantity, category (matched by name —
a category that doesn't exist yet is created automatically),
images/image/imageurl (one or more https:// URLs separated by |,
up to 4 used).
A downloadable CSV template with example rows, plus a "Copy AI
formatting prompt" button — copies a ready-made prompt to paste into
ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude along with a messy product list so the AI reformats
it into an importable CSV. No live Google Sheets connection, but the
screen explains how to export a Sheet as CSV first.
Every row is checked and previewed as Ready, Warning (still
imports — e.g. duplicate name, bad image URL), or Error (row skipped —
e.g. missing name/price, invalid stock/price/visibility value, name over
200 characters). If importing everything would exceed your product limit,
the extra rows are skipped with a notice.
Export (Pro only)
"Export CSV" downloads every product (id, title, description, price,
previousPrice, visible, stock, category, variants, images) as
{store}-products-{date}.csv. Disabled when there are no products.
Free-plan owners see a lock icon and an upgrade prompt instead of a file.
