Terms of Service

By creating an account or using WAStore you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the service.

WAStore provides a platform to create a free online store that integrates with WhatsApp. The service includes store management, product listings, order tracking, and a publicly accessible storefront at a subdomain of wastore.app (e.g. yourstore.wastore.app). WAStore is a neutral hosting platform — we provide technical tools only and do not operate, sell through, or control individual stores.

• You must provide a valid, working email address when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use WAStore.
• Notify us immediately at admin@wastore.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree not to use WAStore to:

• Sell illegal products, services, or counterfeit goods.
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights.
• Mislead, defraud, or harm customers.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your store complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these rules.

You retain ownership of content you upload (product images, descriptions, store branding, etc.). By uploading content you grant WAStore a limited licence to store and display it as part of operating your store.

You confirm that you have the right to use any content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for all content displayed on your store.

WAStore is a neutral hosting platform. We provide technical infrastructure only; store owners create, upload, and control all content on their storefronts.

WAStore does not create, operate, sell through, endorse, or pre-approve any store, product, or branding displayed on the platform. We are not the merchant, publisher, or agent for any individual store.

Store owners are solely responsible for their store content, products, pricing, and conduct, including compliance with trademark, copyright, consumer protection, and all other applicable laws. WAStore is not responsible for user-generated content or for the actions of store owners.

Any legal claims relating to a store's content, products, or conduct must be directed to the relevant store owner. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold WAStore harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your store, your content, or your use of the service.

If we receive a credible complaint of intellectual property infringement or other violation of these Terms, we may remove or disable the affected store or content without liability to WAStore. Report concerns to admin@wastore.app.

WAStore facilitates communication between you and your customers via WhatsApp. All transactions, payments, and deliveries are agreed directly between you and your customers. WAStore is not a party to any sale and accepts no liability for disputes between store owners and their customers.

WAStore is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers or modify the pricing model in the future and will provide reasonable notice of any such changes.

We aim to keep WAStore available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access when necessary.

You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page in your dashboard. Deleting your account permanently removes your store, products, orders, and personal data from our systems. You may also request account deletion by emailing admin@wastore.app.

WAStore is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Without limiting the above, WAStore is not liable for content posted by store owners, for products or services offered through any store, or for trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property infringement by users. Our role is limited to providing hosting infrastructure; store owners bear full responsibility for their stores.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of WAStore after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
