1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using WAStore you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the service.
2. What WAStore Provides
WAStore provides a platform to create a free online store that integrates with WhatsApp. The service includes store management, product listings, order tracking, and a publicly accessible storefront at a subdomain of wastore.app (e.g. yourstore.wastore.app).
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide a valid, working email address when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use WAStore.
- Notify us immediately at admin@wastore.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WAStore to:
- Sell illegal products, services, or counterfeit goods.
- Infringe any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights.
- Mislead, defraud, or harm customers.
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these rules.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (product images, descriptions, store branding, etc.). By uploading content you grant WAStore a limited licence to store and display it as part of operating your store. You confirm that you have the right to use any content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Customer Transactions
WAStore facilitates communication between you and your customers via WhatsApp. All transactions, payments, and deliveries are agreed directly between you and your customers. WAStore is not a party to any sale and accepts no liability for disputes between store owners and their customers.
7. Free Service
WAStore is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers or modify the pricing model in the future and will provide reasonable notice of any such changes.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep WAStore available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access when necessary.
9. Closing Your Account
You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page in your dashboard. Deleting your account permanently removes your store, products, orders, and personal data from our systems. You may also request account deletion by emailing admin@wastore.app.
10. Limitation of Liability
WAStore is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of WAStore after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
