How do I create my store?
Name your store, pick your currency and add your first products — you see a live preview as you go. Then create your account with your email and the store is live. The whole thing takes about 90 seconds.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
Not at all! Adding a WhatsApp number is optional — every order lands in your dashboard regardless. If you want orders on WhatsApp too, a personal or Business number both work; just include your country code (like +1 for US or +44 for UK).
How will I receive orders?
A few ways — and you choose. Every order lands in your dashboard the moment it's placed, with nothing to set up. On top of that you can switch on an email alert for each new order, and/or let customers send the order straight to your WhatsApp. Email and WhatsApp are both optional.
How do I handle payments and delivery?
When an order comes in, you arrange payment and delivery directly with the customer — bank transfer, cash on delivery, or a payment link (Revolut, PayPal, Stripe), whatever you already use. There's no payment gateway to connect and no transaction fee, so you keep 100% of every sale and stay in complete control. Want customers to pay by card right at checkout? On Pro you can connect your own Stripe account — optional, and the money goes straight to you.

Yes! WAStore tracks product clicks, add-to-cart, and purchases so you can see conversion rates in your Analytics dashboard. Add Trackela in store settings to see visitors, sources, and revenue. With WAStore Pro, you also get Google Analytics visitor stats (sessions, bounce rate, time on store).
Can I use WAStore as an app?
Yes! Open your dashboard on your phone or computer and tap Install app (or Add to Home Screen) — from your browser menu, or from Settings in your dashboard. It opens full-screen with an icon on your home screen, just like a native app. No App Store download needed.
