No. WAStore never takes a percentage of your sales. Orders arrive in your WhatsApp and you arrange payment and delivery directly with the customer. On Pro you can also connect your own Stripe account so customers pay by card at checkout — the money goes straight to you, and you only pay Stripe's standard processing fees.

Yes. You can cancel from the billing portal at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Your store and products stay put.

Yes, with Pro. Point a subdomain such as shop.yourbrand.com to WAStore with a CNAME record and your store loads there, with an SSL certificate issued automatically. Free stores use a yourstore.wastore.app address.

Yes, anytime from Settings → Billing. Moving up to Max, you only pay the difference for the rest of your current billing period and your renewal date stays the same. Moving back to Pro, the unused part is credited to your next invoice.

Yes. Every account can try Pro free for 14 days, with no credit card. Customers already paying for Pro can also try Max free for 7 days (the AI writing tools unlock once you upgrade). When a trial ends you simply go back to your previous plan — nothing is charged automatically.

Nothing is deleted — your store, products, orders and customers stay. Paid features switch off and the plan's limits apply again: you keep what you already have but can't add more beyond them. On Free, products after the first 50 are hidden from your storefront until you upgrade again.
