A two-person flower shop in Prague that relied on walk-ins and WhatsApp referrals. Their catalog was a PDF that was always out of date.
The challenge
Seasonal flowers changed weekly but the PDF price list didn't. Staff sent photos one by one on WhatsApp. Wedding clients asked for bundles that weren't listed anywhere.
The solution
They imported their product list from Google Sheets into WAStore, printed a QR code for the shop counter, and added the catalog link to their Google Business profile. Wedding packages got their own category.
