Free Christmas order form for small businesses
The simplest way to take Christmas orders is one link with your holiday products, prices and an order deadline. Customers pick what they want, write the day they need it in the order note and send it — you get a complete order in your dashboard and on WhatsApp instead of a long chat. WAStore makes that link for free in about 90 seconds, with no commission on sales.

How to take Christmas pre-orders on WhatsApp
- 1
Start from the Christmas template
Rename the sample products to yours — cookie boxes, cakes, hampers, wreaths — and give each a photo and a price. Use options for sizes or flavours so one product carries every price.
- 2
Set your order deadline
The template switches on a Christmas banner that says “Order by 18 December”. Change the date to your real cut-off. The banner and the falling snow switch themselves off after the holidays.
- 3
Tell customers how to pay
Add bank transfer, cash on pickup or a payment link in Settings → Payments. Customers see it when they order, and you mark each order as paid in the dashboard.
- 4
Share one link
Post it in your WhatsApp status, your Instagram bio and your customer groups. Every order arrives with items, quantities, total, name, phone number and the customer’s note.
- 5
Work through the list
When orders close, open the Orders tab and print the list. Bake or pack in order, and message customers from each order when it’s ready.
What to put on a Christmas order form
- Each product with a photo, a price and its size or flavour options.
- The last day to order, in the banner at the top of the store.
- A line in each description asking for the pickup or delivery date in the order note.
- How customers pay — and whether you need a deposit to confirm.
- Pickup, delivery or both. Pro adds delivery zones with a fee per area and a pickup option at checkout.
Why a form beats taking orders in the chat
In December the chat becomes the problem: “how much is the big box?”, “do you still have gingerbread?”, “can I add one more?”. A form answers prices and options up front, and every order comes in the same shape, so nothing gets lost between voice notes.
You still talk to your customers on WhatsApp — but about an order they have already sent, with the total worked out.
Don’t sell more than you can make
If you can only make 40 gingerbread houses, set a stock count (Pro) and the product shows as sold out when they’re gone. On the Free plan, hide a product with one tap, or pause the whole catalog from the Products page when you’re fully booked.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Christmas order form free?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 50 products, unlimited orders and 0% commission, and it doesn’t expire. Pro ($7.90 a month) adds stock limits, delivery zones with pickup, coupons and more.
Can customers choose a pickup date?
They write the day they want in the order note, and you see it on every order. If you offer both pickup and delivery, Pro lets customers choose between them at checkout.
Can I ask for a deposit?
Yes. Add your bank details as a payment method and write the deposit rule in its instructions — for example “50% by transfer to confirm”. Mark the order as paid when the money arrives. With Pro you can also connect Stripe and take card payments where Stripe is available.
Do my customers or I need WhatsApp Business?
No. It works with regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business, and customers don’t install anything — they open a normal web link. You can also get orders by email only.
What happens after Christmas?
You keep a normal online store. Replace the Christmas products with your regular range; the snow and the Christmas banner switch themselves off in January.
