Get paid with what your customers already use

WAStore doesn’t process payments or take a percentage. You add your methods in Settings → Payment, and customers see them when they order.

  • JazzCash

Choose the “JazzCash” type and enter your mobile account number; customers send the amount and share the screenshot on WhatsApp.

  • Easypaisa

Choose the “EasyPaisa” type with your account number. Add both if your customers use both.

  • Bank transfer or Raast

Add “Bank transfer” with your IBAN, bank and account title, or your Raast ID (your mobile number); customers copy it at checkout and send you the receipt on WhatsApp.

  • Cash on delivery

Turn on “Cash on delivery”: nothing to set up, and the customer pays when the order arrives.

How it works

Put it in your WhatsApp status, Instagram bio or TikTok. Every order lands in your dashboard and in your WhatsApp, ready to fulfil.

Selling on WhatsApp in Pakistan

In Pakistan most online orders are still cash on delivery, and sellers lose money on parcels that come back. WAStore helps with the part before shipping: customers order from a catalog with prices in rupees, the full order arrives on your WhatsApp, and you confirm it with the customer before you book the courier.

For regular customers, JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast transfers show at checkout with your account details. Clothing and unstitched lawn suits, jewellery, perfumes, home bakers and food sellers all sell this way.

Shops in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad, and across the country.

Delivery, registration and payments in Pakistan

Delivery and couriers

Most sellers ship through couriers that collect cash on delivery and pay it back to you, like TCS, Leopards, M&P, Trax, PostEx, BlueEX and Call Courier, or Pakistan Post for remote areas. A small parcel typically costs around Rs 200–350 depending on city and weight, and COD amounts are remitted after delivery, usually weekly. Returned parcels are the biggest cost, which is why sellers confirm every COD order on WhatsApp or by phone before booking.

Registration and tax

You can start without registering, but an NTN from FBR (free, online through the IRIS portal) is useful early: it is needed for a business bank account and many courier accounts. Sales tax registration and provincial rules apply as you grow, and a company is registered with SECP. Check your case with a tax advisor.

How customers pay

Cash on delivery is still the majority of online orders. Regular customers pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer, increasingly through Raast, which is instant and free between banks using a mobile number as the Raast ID. Card payments come through payment links from local gateways.

What it costs

  • Free forever: up to 50 products, unlimited orders and 0% commission.
  • Pro: $7.90 a month (or $4.99 a month billed yearly) for your own domain, coupons, sale prices, delivery zones, analytics and more.
  • Try Pro free for 7 days, no card needed.

WAStore vs other options in Pakistan

Most WhatsApp store tools no longer take a commission. What differs is how many products you get for free, whether orders are capped, and whether customers see your local payment methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa and cash on delivery) when they order.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an NTN to sell on WhatsApp?

Not to start, but it is free to get through FBR’s IRIS portal and you will need it for a business bank account and many courier accounts.

Can customers pay with Raast?

Yes. Add a Bank transfer method with your Raast ID (your mobile number) and bank. Customers send the amount instantly from their banking app.

Can I charge a different delivery fee in your city and for other cities?

Yes, on Pro: create one delivery zone in your city and another for other cities, each with its own fee (or “to be confirmed”). The free plan has one flat delivery fee and free pickup.

Can I confirm cash-on-delivery orders before shipping?

Yes. Every order arrives in your WhatsApp with the customer’s name, phone, address and items, so you can confirm it in the chat before booking the courier. Orders you can’t confirm, you simply cancel in the dashboard.

Is WAStore free in Pakistan?

Yes. The free plan doesn’t expire: up to 50 products, unlimited orders and no commission on sales. Pro is optional.

Can I get paid by JazzCash, Easypaisa and cash on delivery?

Yes. You add your payment methods in Settings → Payment and customers see them when they order. The money goes straight to you; WAStore never touches payments.

Does WAStore take a commission?

No, not on the free plan and not on Pro. Everything your customer pays is yours.

Do I need WhatsApp Business?

No. It works with regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business, and neither you nor your customers install anything.

Can I accept card payments?

Stripe doesn’t open accounts for sellers in Pakistan yet, so built-in card checkout isn’t available. You can add a payment link from a local gateway as a “Payment link” method, and customers pay by card there.
