Your free WhatsApp store in the Philippines, paid by GCash and Maya, with no commission
One link with your catalog and a cart, and complete orders in your WhatsApp. Customers pay the way they already do. Free, with no commission on sales.
Get paid with what your customers already use
WAStore doesn’t process payments or take a percentage. You add your methods in Settings → Payment, and customers see them when they order.
GCash
Choose the “GCash” type, enter your number and upload your GCash QR: customers scan it at checkout.
Maya
Add a method named Maya with your number, or upload your QR Ph code, which any bank or e-wallet can scan.
Bank transfer (InstaPay)
Add “Bank transfer” with your bank (BDO, BPI, UnionBank…), account number and name; customers copy it at checkout and send you the receipt on WhatsApp.
Cash on delivery
Turn on “Cash on delivery”: nothing to set up, and the customer pays when the order arrives.
How it works
- 1
Create your store
Enter a name, your WhatsApp number and your currency (PHP). Add products with a photo and price, or import them from a CSV or Google Sheet.
- 2
Add how you get paid
Add GCash and Maya, plus any other method you use. They show at checkout with your details and, if you like, your QR code.
- 3
Share the link
Put it in your WhatsApp status, Instagram bio or TikTok. Every order lands in your dashboard and in your WhatsApp, ready to fulfil.
Selling on WhatsApp in the Philippines
In the Philippines online sellers live on “PM sent” and GCash screenshots. WAStore gives you a catalog with prices in pesos and a cart, so each order arrives complete (name, address, items and total) and the customer sees your GCash QR right at checkout.
Set one shipping fee for Metro Manila and another for provincial orders, and offer meet-ups or pickup. Food and baked goods, ukay-ukay and fashion, skincare and gadgets all sell this way.
Shops in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao and Iloilo, and across the country.
Delivery, registration and payments in the Philippines
Delivery and couriers
J&T Express, LBC, Flash Express and Ninja Van cover the whole country, usually around ₱80–200 for a small parcel depending on the island, and most of them offer COD. For same-day delivery within Metro Manila or Cebu, sellers book Lalamove, Grab Express or Move It, and many offer meet-ups at a mall or MRT station.
Registration and tax
Online sellers are expected to register with the BIR. As a sole proprietor you register your business name with DTI online, get a barangay clearance and mayor’s permit, then register with the BIR, where small sellers can opt for the 8% income tax rate on gross sales above ₱250,000.
How customers pay
GCash is used for almost everything, followed by Maya and bank transfers via InstaPay. QR Ph codes can be scanned by any bank or e-wallet. COD is still common for first-time buyers and provincial orders.
What it costs

- Pro: $7.90 a month (or $4.99 a month billed yearly) for your own domain, coupons, sale prices, delivery zones, analytics and more.

WAStore vs other options in the Philippines
Most WhatsApp store tools no longer take a commission. What differs is how many products you get for free, whether orders are capped, and whether customers see your local payment methods (GCash and Maya) when they order.
| Platform | Free plan | Orders | Commission | Paid plan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| WAStore | 50 products, forever | Unlimited | 0% | Pro: $7.90/month (up to 200 products) |

| Shopify | None (free trial only) | Unlimited | Card fees; extra fee on Starter or with outside gateways | Starter $5/month; Basic $39/month |
| WhatsApp Business catalog | Free, inside the app | In the chat only | 0% | — (no cart or web store) |
Taken from each platform’s website in October 2026 (Shopify prices are US list prices). Plans change often, so check them before you decide.
Frequently asked questions
Do online sellers need to register with the BIR?
Yes, if you sell regularly. Register your business name with DTI, get your barangay and mayor’s permits, then register with the BIR. WAStore works the same before and after.
Can I charge a different delivery fee within Metro Manila and for provincial orders?
Yes, on Pro: create one delivery zone within Metro Manila and another for provincial orders, each with its own fee (or “to be confirmed”). The free plan has one flat delivery fee and free pickup.
Can I offer COD with J&T or Flash?
Yes. Turn on Cash on delivery as a payment method, and book the COD shipment with your courier using the address and total from the WAStore order.
Can I show my GCash QR in the store?
Yes. Add a GCash method and upload your QR image. Customers see it at checkout, tap to enlarge and scan it from GCash, Maya or their bank app.
Is WAStore free in the Philippines?
Yes. The free plan doesn’t expire: up to 50 products, unlimited orders and no commission on sales. Pro is optional.
Can I get paid by GCash and Maya?
Yes. You add your payment methods in Settings → Payment and customers see them when they order. The money goes straight to you; WAStore never touches payments.
Does WAStore take a commission?
No, not on the free plan and not on Pro. Everything your customer pays is yours.
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. It works with regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business, and neither you nor your customers install anything.
Can I accept card payments?
Stripe doesn’t open accounts for sellers in the Philippines yet, so built-in card checkout isn’t available. You can add a payment link from a local gateway as a “Payment link” method, and customers pay by card there.
